loads to come so give us time to upload em
Dont know wether I've posted this one, but this is the relocated amp in the rear panel....

This is whats been happening in the boot, starting with relocating the PA2 equalizer from the front to the back...

Mount for the amp set at an angle to elevate it

amp on mount with sound processor wired up behind

Screen mounted on mdf chocks (to be replaced with perspex)

full pic of boot

Mount for 4 channel amp in passenger footwell

Amp mounted in footwell

Center channel speaker

Just got to mount center channel amp and dvd player in glove box tomorrow, then it will be ready for the test run

Center channel speaker will be housed in a surround made of fibre glass and the boot is gonna be retrimmed in leather along with the rear panels, front pods and seats.

Wired it and fitted it all myself too with advice from the team at RAM Audio Wakefield
I'm just DYING to get all wired up and hear what it sounds like. Cinema quality in me car

Claire

Through experience of having the equalizer installed as long as I have, the only time I have to adjust it is when the boot is open to pump more bass through.
When it was in the front of the car I was darting from front to back to adjust it. Now its right where it needs to be.
All I need to do is remember to turn the bass down before I get it the car to drive off. Much easier than before
Dont get what you mean about not bothering with left and right luv.
DEFINATELY been keeping myself busy
I buy all my gear from RAM Audio in Wakefield. They designed and built the boot install, but I did help out too. This time, I've done nearly all of it myself. They let me use a corner of their workshop for a couple of weeks and were there for advice on what goes where, but I did the lot myself.
Find out tomorrow how well I've done when it comes to turining it on
The screen was a bargain at £800. Its a Panasonic 17" Widscreen LCD

I really could not be bothered wasting so much money on something like this...I mean how loud do you want it to be your eardrums can only take so much. I would much prefer this type of moey spent on engine mods...

Just my opinion.

Nice car, its looking good although, personally its not to my taste, especially the centre speaker...its fooking massive i would have gone with a rectangle jobby, which could have be placed directly below the HU mount Also, if i was going to that point of installing a decent ICE system i would have taken the back seats out and given myself more space to play with and show the styling of the car

However it takes some balls to spend that amount of cash and time, to do that to a car so well done p.s - That screen is propper mint

I dont deny the standard you have completed that install is exceptional...I really admire you for that claire...im not having a go...

Just if it was my money I would choose to spend it in other areas...

well done anyway
