To be honest I didnt think much to PVD's serivce at all. Ordered some bits all were in stock bar one thing so they waited for that one part to come into stock before sending it all out. Then when the part did come into stock another item which was in stock got sold out!!

One of the Items that i did order was for a corsa B when i ordered a for a corsa C. This then took 3 more weeks for them to send a replacement and for me to get a refund on the origanal part.

I dont think i will use them again.

i also agree with this take a deposit yes but not the full balance until goods are dispatched saying that though i think half the time pvd's stuff comes direct from manufacturer

Ive had some vary bad experiences with them, like messing me about big style and fobbing me off with lies. IF they were HONEST about delivery times for non-stock items their would be no problem, but to keep telling someone 4days, 4days etc for TWO MONTHS thats a JOKE. Then making things up like EBC's supplier's factory had burnt down, do they think im stupid enough not to phone EBC's UK head office and find out the truth?

Also to be told that they cant perform a full refund on a mailorder item (do they know what UK Distance Selling Regulations are) and to wait a month for a refund is also stupid!

I have found them to be very poor. As one of the industries biggest Vauxhall Tuners this should not be the case. They are now expanding into the alloy wheel market where they should be concentrating more on customer service!

Well its pretty simple...
Question: Why do we choose to buy from them? is it....

1. Good Customer Service?
2. Cheap parts?
3. They are the only company that can supply the things they sell?

I know what my answer would be to all the above...
