Honda Civic Type-R today, is was along the motorway at first he pulled up along side and his girl just waved as if to say see ya, I jusr put my foot to the floor and we both were neck and neck at an indicated 137mph then he just started to edge away, we both approched the sliproad and its like you double back on your self then it a mile straight b4 the roundabout, he nearly lost it twice on the bend then we were on the straight and I got along side of him and it was neck and neck again, we both came off the roundabout and stopped at the petrol garage and the guy could'nt believe a corsa GSI was neck and neck with him, when he got out he was in his mid 30's which was a suprise but he gave me total respect and said that it was the first time he had anyone keep up with him.
All in all I was well pleased as I thought he would piss all over me with 200bhp on tap.

Anyways hes to the next challenge

i actually gave up and slowed down to about 90 then said fuck it, i'll give it another go, finally cought up with him in traffic then we went for it again. i thought i would get my ass kicked so am really chuffed

I raced one the 2nd day i had my car back, didnt know what it was till i was along side/infront of me!!! And i didnt wanna rag mine as the engine light was on and i didnt know what the problem was!! But i was doing 125 as he pulled away and flashed his hazards as i turned off the sliproad!

Had another one behind me the other day, was sure if he was trying or not, but i was gunning mine and slowing edging ahead from 90-120 then slowed down and turned off again. Only other car ive had a decent race with was a Punto, but beat that as he gave up and slowed down. (and a foreign volvo who gave it a go and got ass whooped!!)

eck you would eat it off the line i raced 3 or 4 different ones at crail on loads of occasions and was never beat, integras are more even on the 1/4
