well, desided i needed 2 do a bit more to the corsa so i took the centre dash out and did a bit more to the TV pod, smoothed in the air recirculation slider so its smoooooth, no filler or anything, just plastic welding and sanding

fumes went 2 my head tho

found a sub and amp in my garage so wired that in for now untill i get another ice system, and also tidied 30 cables up which run from my dissy block to switches in ashtray to all over car lol

then cleaned it a bit

Just gotta say that your corsa is wicked mate, proper project car. Good to see someone doing everything themselves, wish i could do that

so far i am VERY happy with how the bottom edge has turned out, very smooth and it fits perfect, took a LOT of time tho

unsure how to finish the top off, hummmmm if its too close to the TV i cant get the damn thing out!!

ideas?

ps - u might be able to tell that the full thing has a curve on it now to suit the bottom of the tv as its not flat, and it stuck out 1/2 inch in the middle and looked odd, so i had 2 build the full thing up with foam and filler

also what should i put on the now smooth air recirculation part?

heaters are set evenly on window, dash and feet, and are on hot allways (as no1 ever blows cold lol) the rear screen heater and fan control are hidden behind dash, might move them to the space on the front below screen now, same as hazards

ps again,

having the infer red port for the PC in the space on the front panel, just remembered lol, and also 2 USB sockets for camera and printer etc

off to add some ventilation holes

they are solid to get right

only thing is its som damn perfect i cant get TV out, think im going to make an access point behind and velcro the MFD in so i can remove it and push tv out with my fingers
