ok got there at 9:30 and they chatted bullshit till 10:15 .. and they said i was saked.
they said what ar eyou going to do to prove your the one for the job.. nad i just said that ill work as have been doing.. hard and will get them the targets that they want. but no..
'we are sorry but we will have to let you go'
o wel.. any body got a job out there ??

i was going to say to them, i love this job and all but i cant work wiv tossers as managers and therefore i am handing in my notice... but i thought if i can get the job back then i could get some more money out of them and then tell em to stuffit.. o well

exact same scenario as i had.
Mangers and even folk in the team were absolute tossers

thats what i thought, coz if i did get it back then she would just be on my case all the time and wouldnt leave me to do anything.. but dont you just love it coz you know you was doing a lot for the company and then they sak you and you just know things are going downhill.

apparently i was late (by 30 seconds) and swore all the time, never did as i was told etc etc,
basically in the beginning there was me and another lad aaron, then we got a new manager and she employed more people, then it became a team.. then thatt manager left and we got another and this new manager was cool, then we got debbie and she saked everyone 1 by 1 till she had remade the whole team, because she was new and didnt want to have her staff working longer than she did.
so she finally got rid of me, ,
its just funny how i used to hit my target untill debbie came onto the scene... never hit it since.

That sounds pretty shit but believable, call centres have a lot of politics and a high staff turnover, hopefully they'll give you a good reference tho

i just found out that 5 mins after this debbie sacked me, she went and told the others (my co-workers) that she has handed in her notice.  this makes me happy!

if she's asked you to leave, you can refuse. she'd make your working life shit, but you could do it.
and if she's handed in her notice now, and you hadn't yet given yours, then no problems anyway.
