That happened to a mate of mine... Luckily he wasnt even scratched, but his mini, the floor pan was so badly bent only the wheels on the drivers side would touch the ground! (Made ripping the ICE out a bit of a pain in the arse). Mind you it was an old mini cooper...

He was on a stretch of road thats quite fast (50mph Limit) and caught some diesel :grr on a bend which resulted in him spinning off the road into a Telegraph Pole.

The Police got involved and checked his car over to make sure it was road worthy (Cant see how they would know that from that wreck?) But accepted that it was due to the spillage on the road. According to the investigating office the car was only travling at 40mph before impact :sick

Luckly Andy (The driver) was not hurt to bad, only knocked out and a graze to his head and his mate who was the passenger broke his arm.
