should be gettin bout in the 900k mark on 1 meg mate, thats what mine is
n e way. does depend what site is testing you like, not much mind u

PS: off a good server i usually download in the 100kbs - 120kbs mark, i used to
download at 60k when i had 512k broadband, so u not gettin as much as you should be gettin mate

No babes just the lowest BB you can get...I got free connection/modem and 150K free for 6 weeks and i aint never changed it as it's a lot better than dial up...This 1 meg is fukin wiked though

1Mbps is 1024Kbps... period.

But when I had 1Mb on blueyonder the limit according to the QoS settings on the modem was actually 1124Kbps...

From memory:

Bronze: 150kbps
Silver: 600kbps
Gold: 1Mbps (1024kbps)

If you're paying for 1Mbps and only getting Silver, complain...

1mb is the tops! When I had it I was getting a minimum of 130kbps was brill for me! Then it started burning a massive hole in my wallet

Is it still £45.99 a month? I back on 150kbps cos im skint
