This morning I hit a speed ramp at 30mph

Car was bounched really high..... Pulled to the side of the road the car look ok, no damage to the alloys......

Started driving got the car to 70mph, no shaking..... seemed to be driving fine...

Just wondered if there could be any damage that I can not feel/see by having a quick look or driving...... should I get it checked to see if theres any internal damage or will it be ok??

Thanks

Unless your car is made out of paper, then it will be OK. I driven over loads of speed bumps at 30mph or less, with no adverse consequences.

hehe racing a mate in their fiesta 1.25 down a road with speed humps wasn't the best thing to do but was a good enough reason to get some new suspension!

I must of been hitting those speed humps at around 70 mph and it felt like a bag of shite afterwards - although it already did on standard corsa suspension.

was at a cruise once up in Warrington, and this silver scoob was hitting speed bumps at about 50 and taking off over them, was quality to see, especially when he snapped his drive shafts lol

"clap clap clap"

which was probably traffic calmed to stop accidents and keep young childeren from being run down by plebs like you!

it was 3 am - and as Sam said, it was a shit hole - britwell going from burnham to slough trading estate... downhill - not infront of houses - yet still speed humps?

By the time we got to the residential bit we had stopped going fast coz thats where we were heading anyway.
