I'm currently using an 8310 with a BLB-2 3.6v battery, but my 7250 just came through the post which has a BLD-3 3.7v battery. Both batteries are exactly the same size so would i be able to put my 8310 battery in my new 7250 while the other one charges?

try it
although there is a slight difference in voltage of 0.1V, dunno if that will do anything but try it.

well your using less power rather than more, so it should be alright, obviously if you can wait then do so....but im 80% sure nothing major will happen

It will work, but I would stick to the 7250 battery, for warranty purposes...
