goto www.downloads.com and search for ad-aware 6 install then update defenitions then do a search

spyware basically spies on what you are doing. it can get all ya personal information you enter into web pages gets ya email there fore ya get spam. can take forms where it manipulates your system.

get s+d search and destroy , its gets rid of all crap and also kazza has spyware built in , if u get litee its betta! i scanned my pc and had a bloody load on , used s+d and now its all gone

I downloaded some demo thing yesterday called SpyHunter, it told me the registry keys and files that needed to be deleted, so I deleted them (albeit 'manually' as the full version deletes them for you, the demo version doesn't!
