Just read in Auto Express that it seems the Corsa GSi will DEFINATELY be a 1.6 Turbo pushing out around 175bhp. Will cost 15k and feature full leather interior. Will push on to 140mph and get to 60 in around 7 seconds. It will be implemented into the facelift model, hence the delays, as well as emissions problems. Now this is interesting, the new shape Tigra to be released in the near future will come with the same engine as the new GSi in its highest spec!!!! This puts it in direct competition with the 206CC etc etc

PGTF if you read this weeks auto express to which cyber is refering to it says and I quote "powered by an all-new 1.6 ECOTECK engine turbocharged to offer 180hp and 210nm of torque"

no this is not specifically true. it depends on the turbo fitted and the intercooling on the car.
