Saw a program on TV about it once.

This woman had it, and if she touched her elbow with her hand or something, then she'd have to touch her other elbow with her other hand. Then she'd have to touch the other one again, or maybe twice, then touch the other one twice.... Then she'd have to touch her knees, but touch them systematically and evenly
