Right, Ive got a 1.2 radiator and a 2.0 rad, can I use any of them? or do I need a diff one?
Do I need new front wheel beerings? if so, where do I get them from? and how much are they?
How do I modify the gear linkage by 2 bars?
Can I use the 2.0 fuel pump on the 1.2?
And Which corsa or vauxhall has a coolant tank with 2 pipes at the top?

Any other help would be great

can only answer 2 things, get the bearings from vauxhall, dont bother with a motor factors. also the coolant tank yopu need is from any 12v or 16v model. something like a gsi will be fine.

You need a coolent tank and radiator off any 1.4 16v or 1.6 16v corsa or tigra. You need a fuel pump off any 1.6 16v corsa or tigra.

fuel pump off any mpi corsa including 12v rad from 1.4/1.6 16v header tank from any 12/16v bearings from vaux, linkage needs welding but i do it different do pvd book and i use corsa rear mount and mod linkage so no welding needed

can you use an 8v rad from an SRi? has 2 large inlets and 1 small one to the header tank?

Must be ok as thats all the Novas had (8v?)

Loads of nova people use the smaller of the standard rads without problems.
