i am currently saving up to buy an in-dash tv/dvd. could anyone point me in the right direction of makes and models. what price i am looking at and what sites or ice stores are the best to buy from.

Like corb said the Alpine is the best one,

In a recent Test with all the in dash screen and DVD combos The alpine won,

however i personally like the pioneer one also, as it has a touch screen and looks minty too

i had this in my audi

was gr8 and had everything and played everthing

but at end of day i still preferred my m8s kenny

trouble with the clarion is that it sticks out of dash bout an inch.

where u get the £1100 price my m8 paid 1800

ive got about 700 quid at the moment, but cant wait to put one in my car. are there any with build in DVD for around that price or shall i wait and get the clarion

save a bit more for the clarion.

cannot fault its function and it can be a normal head unit with a display and luminated buttons without the screen out. kenwood do not do this. not sure on alpine.

the clarion was a dvd/mp3/cd/vcd/everthing i cant even remember wot else.

want it back now. ended up sellin it for a lot less than wot it was worth
