unless the old owner is bullshiting me, Im not sure, bit of a leap from a 1.2 corsa, is it possible to tweek a turbo slightly without an intercooler, im sure he said a bar, but maybe he said somthing less.

maybe he siad he increased teh boost to 1 bar. does it have a boost gauge. also look at the turbo and the actuator see if there is a bleed valve there. also track back the inlet pipe from the manifold and see if it goes to the turbo or into an intercooler first

No intercooler i'd say. the big metal pipe looks like its coming stright off the turbo, into the throtle body, and then into the manifold.

Would also agree its running 1bar of boost, not an extra bar

Oh, and you forgot to mention that the wheels are proper enkei (SPL?) alloy/magnesium 16" Splitrims

vibro am i right in saying if there was an intercooler
the boost pipe would go from turbo to intercooler then to inlet manifold

and in that pic it goes turbo-manifold

Hmm S12, Slow and crap Some one gave me one FOC left it stood for 6 months then sold it for £20 cos thats all there worth , Get an S13 I had one that was 240 BHP at the wheels

S12's dont have an intercooler and they only use a tiny T2 turbo, Whats the point
