it enables you to adjust camber... depending on the type of suspension, it could be either an adjustable (upper usually) wishbone, an adjustable mount on the upper wishbone itself, or a top mount or something else (dont know much about vauxhalls, just honda)

Only if you have excessive camber... the person who does your alignment will be able to tell you. On Hondas people tend to allow up to 2.0 - 2.5 degrees of negative camber before thinking about a camber kit. Getting the toe sorted is more important IMO.

so when i have my 4 wheel alignment tomorow they will adjust the camber too??

if it's adjustable, then yes. there may only be limited adjustment or none at all though... hence the reason you can buy camber kits. If it's 50mm lower then it should be ok.

The adjustment people will know... I aint got a clue about vectras. Ring vauxhall I guess they'll know

There is some camber adjustment available on the FK coilovers.

lee said the same about mine when he did the engine conversion, its only a little bit of adjustment, but it makes a big difference when its wrong.

think so, u can tell its wrong if u stand in front of the car, steering wheel straight and make sure both front wheels are pointing in the same direction and arnt too straight up or leaning inwards too much. shit at explaining stuff me, sorry. Also i found that if the front is too high or low that made quite a difference to the steering.
