No, its an AWD system, not a 4WD system. Even then its not a true AWD because all 4 wheels are not powered at the same time. Its a part-time AWD system.

it's haldex. the front wheels are driven untill drip is lost then power is diverted to the rear.

its nice i suppose, but a mk2 with a corrado 2.9 vr6 lump in with a nice big charger strapped to it would impress me more love the sound of the vr6's
