give the guy a break, he only asked for advise not what he should have done back then!!!
I was in a similar situation not so long ago, and took out a loan to consolidate it all with tesco's, i know you are with tesco but another company like them will probably take you on... you do need to speak to someone though, that way you can explain the situation exactly as you have with us!
Try sainsburys, they not too bad, or go speak to the bank, i know they said not to but they are worth a try again.
There is a way out of it so don't get to worked up about it all!!
