Reminds me of when I was at a Vauxhall garage once a few years ago, someone in a Calibra parked up, you could tell his alarm was armed/disarmed as it said in a rather dodgy American accent "ARMED!" or "DISARMED", or if you got too close to it, it would say "PLEASE STEP AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE!"
