ive gone into it wiv my m8, nothing to serious like, just bought a 2 bed room flat, for a very cheap price as it needs alot of work,
niether of us plan to live in it,

all we're doining is turnig it into a studio apartment and plan on seling it for £140k,

altho we will have to spendaround 15k to 20k doin it up. shud sell fairly quikly once we get it sorted.

yea i know alot of builders, and manual labour ppl, from my previous emplyment, so can get things wquite cheap aswell,

im also a dabb hand at stuff like tiling , carpet fitting etc so we can asave a packet on labour costs on sum things.

we bought this flat for £53,995.

quantitty surveyors reckon around140k once done, and the plans that ave been drawn up,

theres only 2 flats in each block aswell so we might try for 150k first,.

as one in notherblock went for 145k
