Could be oil filter gasket?? Could be hole in sump?? Locate the leak, then as Kerry says you may get an answer!!

a bit Extreme that

maybe the sump has fell off

if its out of the sump, eather be sump plug not on right or sump gasket (always on Vauxhall C20XE)

No what it is they forgot to put sump plug back in. So it has siezed the engine
