Without trying to sound ghey how big are you's as in are there any pics of your strength. My bros into it alot and he trains for some comps.

Edit: Sorry I dunno what he lifts, he drinks protein shakes too like you lot.

Not got pics.

Craigs the bigges by a mile was last time we spoke.

Stats are
Arms 17",
Chest 44-46"(not 100%)
Thigs 28"
Calfs 18.5"

Lifts

Dead lift max is 180kg,
Squat 140 for 8 reps
Push press 70, failed at 80 well pissed off
Power clean 100kg ish

Strong Man Events
Basque circle with 120kg on 7 revolutions
" 240kg 1 revolution
Car lift hold 250kg + 10seconds
Tyre flip wouldnt move at all
75kg Log power cleaned and Jerked
10meter 120kg duck walk.
Truck pull, <1meter

alrite, this is turnin in2 a bit of a slaggin match,
but can i just say....how do u no if they r no different to any other supplement (they r NOT bb supplements, they r, on the mostpart weightloss products, but they do protein powder which is PURE whey, with added vitamins and minerals)if youve never tried them

Si...fair enuff m8, im not askin u 2 take my advice, i was only sayin wat worked for ME, thats all.

And i dont bodybuild?? i only train 2 get a bit of shape and definition, the size is an added bonus,

craig, ur right i do have enuff knowledge, but i can HONESTLY say that im not lying on this,
i really dont care whether u believe me or not, cos i KNOW its worked for me
being totallly honest, it doesnt make sense, but i AM NOT lying, trust me.....

The only supplement worth taking is Protein!! a good diet can sort out everything.

The only other way is the gear, simple as really.

If you can gain nearly an inch on your arms in 3 weeks, when you admit you dont even really train, then you have the genetics to be The Hulk. I bow down to thee.
