No reason why it wouldn't work together assuming Xitama supports PHP/MySQL. How far have you got?

Well I have got MySQL v4.0.13, PHP v4.3.0, and XMB v1.8, all latest versions as far as I'm aware.

I have used my Xitami web server with phpBB, however I am having problems with XMB, in that it seems to install OK, and I have registered myself as 'Super Administrator', however whenever I try and log in I get an Error 404 - File Not Found.

Checked the config.php file and all the details are correct. I did notice that when I was installing XMB it came up with a line error in something, but otherwise installed correctly.

404 isn't really server config although you might want to look in your error log to identify exactly what's missing.

And yes, Apache is free.

I have a feeling it's down to Xitami being crap. I might download Apache later, although from looking at apache.org I don't think it's going to be a simple install?
