i got my doors and boot smoothed, the bodyshop sorted the solenoids but i think that the boot solenoid is just off another car which opens the boot from the inside, dont know about the doors, hope this helps.

on the remote alarm, door opens enough to get fingers behind and then just open, if you miss it though will lock semi open.

tis illegal to be THAT hidden! fire crews must be able to find it nice and quickly - so they can save your life when you stack it

i have clifford solinoids, 45 quid each BUT they havnt failed me in 18 months, nothing is better

ordered a cheap 1 for passenger door off this site.....

http://www.autoeurope.co.uk/productinfo.asp?productID=788

looks ok like

i use alarm fob to pop doors and boot and passenger doors have buttons under mirrors for MOT

boot is done off a central locking motor, 5 quid from maplins

maplins solenoids r shite tho, didnt like them 1 bit

i did the LOT myself, relays, alarm and welding
