i see them in my local wilco, its just a bit of metal, that u would have 2 screw to the plastic where the ash tray used 2 b, then, u just slot it in like a normal radio

i have one of these, stuck it where the center vents/hazard switch used to be as it caught on the gearstick and just generally didnt fit very well where the ashtray used to be even when i made my own mounting for it.

on another note regarding where ive stuck it. the hazard switch had my vauxhall alarms l.e.d buit into it anyone know what pins on the hazard plug corespond to the l.e.d? so i can tap in a new un that worked the same as the vaux one. also for it to act like that would i need to buy a flashing or constant one?

cheers

oh and it comes with one cable that splits into g,12v and 2 video inputs so u can use it with a dvd,ps2,digi cam etc

the one in your pic is the exact same one i have.

there is also a similar one going a lot on ebay for a little over £200

but watch when buying shit like this from ebay cos u get lumbered with meybe £25 -£30 shipping and then duty taxes when it arrives at your door as a lot of it is shipped from china which would be another £30-£40 which wont be mentioned

This one is actually electric

How easy is this to fit mate ? i see it comes with the bracket section to fit somewhere, does it come with all the necessary wires to hook up to ps2 and also to play through the speakers in car etc ??

only video inputs u will need an fm modulator or if u have a new headunit like i do u can buy a cable to plumb the ps2 or dvd player or whatevers sound output into the cd changer input.

originally i bought a plastic under-dash single din mounting adaptor thing but it was totally the wrong shape so i chopped the front off it chopped out the vents etc sanded it down till it squeezed in the gap perfectly then glued it in with araldite from behind etc and stuck it in there. but i needed to cut a fair bit of shit back behind there to fit it in.
