when i try to print an error omes up with printer drivers is missing or not valid
i have reinstalled the drivers but it still cums up

anyone got a clue

if it is a usb connection then usually it is plug and play but what i suggest is uninstall everything to do with the printer tht u have on the computer, then try re-installing it. if that doesn't work got to the hp website and download the latest drivers for your model from there.

yah iv done all that but it still not working
