yes there r boyracers that go down merryhill and there the ones who ruin it for every1 esle but majority of the people that go down just park up to show there cars not to race!

do summit betta wi ur time u PRICKS , go arrest some drug dealers ,Car thieves , Robbers and do summit usefull , they Really piss me off! most have an attitude and they r a total waste of time , they go for the easy work !

yeah, that is true.

Some parts of the PRA do cover car owners being careless with their actions towards members of public, anti-social mainly so doesnt state there has to be a moving traffic offence in that part.

They should do wot Matalan do nr where i live. they allow ppl to come and use the carpark on a wednesday nite. If more places did that there would be no need to b on the road!
