I am not planning on doing anything else to the engine. It is a Corsa after all and never really will be VERY quick. I am concentrating on getting the bodywork done for now and don't really care about performance as I AM getting a new car.

Yes, I was going to get an Astra Gsi Turbo as I do really like them. Since then though I have realised that I can get hold of a TVR Cerbera for only a couple of k's more and fully comp insurance is only £1900!

At the moment the TVR is top of my list only the slight unpracticality puts me off having kids and all that! There is also a couple of other cars that I am thinking of but I'm not gonna talk about them cos people like you and Daimo will keep on and on!

One thing I will tell you. Every car I'm considering does a quarter in the sub 14's!

just think of the cash you have spent for that 139. a basic inlet manifold, decat/exhaust and unichip would get you 140ish hp for 1K and thats not raising the rev limit.

S13's have 169bhp, 0-60 is 6.7, top wack 143
S14's have 200bhp, 0-60 is 6.8, top wack 146

They are the std figures though, both cars are very easy to tune, and respond well when "breathed" on

Ive seen figures between 6.2 and 7.5 secs for the 0-60 dash for my car? Who knows?

Really responds well to simple bolt on mods, its coming along really nicely now! I reckon a sub 6 sec 0-60 times are pretty easy to acheive.
