without an overdraft you will get charged if it even let's u take that. Each transaction u go over will prob b charged at around £25. Ur better off just ringing up and asking for an overdraft mate most places can do it over the phone.

way it works mate, if overdraft is set up, it will allow you to take out a certain amount.

EG

if you take £100 then pay £150 in that means your bank balance goes to £50.

well thats how mine works anyway...

Some banks will not let you draw money out if you have not arranged an overdraft facility, and you will get charged about £30 plus interest of the funds you are overdrawn by.

Nah it wont your card will get declined,(i work in a supermarket happens all the time) best thing to do is arrange a tempory overdraft with the bank and it should be fine, with mine i can go overdrawn up £250 without getting charged, if it goes over that amount i will be charged £20

Barclays will send you a letter saying you have gone overdrawn, they will charge you £20 for the privelage.
Arrange an overdraft, its gonna cost you a lot less than the £20.
