yeah, when i looked for my sport i wanted one without power steering, and got it.

Don't like that pansy feeling thru steering wheel,

Gearbox - What ones go with the c20xe, f20?
Driveshafts
Loom,
Engine Mounts,
Clutch,
Accerator cable,
Powercap, what does that do?
Intake pipe, Whats best to get?
Wheel bearings, Standard ones or uprated?
and bits and bobs..

f20 box. the powercap is the bit that bolts to the throttle body. powercap is the one p.v.d. sell (have to cut the bulkhead) or the induction pipe from vauxhalls is easier to fit saves cutting bulkhead and a bit cheaper. look at the pics in this post. fads is the vauxhall pipe. adams is the powercap.

do u recommend getting a pvd conversion kit or not?
or just buying some of their bit seperatly?

All the people lee has done have only bought the hubs/shafts from PVD... he makes his own mounts... powercap to replace SFi box is optional cos there's the alternative of a veccy pipe and v-tuning adapter (£12 + £60)...

up to you m8. if u wna buy it as one go ahead or buy just the shafts and hubs and il sort out the rest.

r shafts and hubs specialsit items, or can u get em from a doner car, i prefer to have brand new stuff where possible...

all brand new from pvd. u can use doner parts and get them machined and that. cost is not much difference once u get hubs machined thou so best to get pvd's

What clutch do i need?

yea standard vauxhall ones. loom will be with engine. clutch is just standard 2litre 16v out of what car the engine came from.
