Does anyone know of the standard brake disc size of a 94 Sri 1.4

cheers. what's the best brake set up to go for, coz at the moment they look soooooo small under my 17's and what something a bigger, not for performance at the moment as insurance would royally fuck me even more than they do at the moment, but eventually i'm planning an upgrade.

Anyway what car is it best to take the brakes and calipers of, cavalier, calibra, omega etc...

Any help would be appreciated

get the standard 256mmx24mm setup, comes on a whole host of cars from cav's calibra's astra's even astra diesel vans!!!

std disks and set of decent pads

£40 for the calipers, try migweb.co.uk also

then get OE disc's from vaux & a set of decent aftermarket pads (pagid, mintex etc)

Hey, check out the link below which is based on the same questions you asked. I'm still trying to upgrade my discs on my GSI, have thought about performance brakes but now thinking of rather going for OE discs from other cars.... But have a read and see what you think.....
