Just failed on emissions after a top end and coolant system overhaul but I cannot find a fault, no fault codes.
Changed radiator, pump, top, bottom and rear hoses, thermostat.
All seals and gaskets plus crank seal and pulley, timing belt and complete belt cover.
Plugs good.
New oil 10/40 and filter, new air and pollen filters,
Readings at ITV station were, CO 0.71%. CO acc' 0.72%, Lambda 1.026.
Tested at home,
TPS voltages, 042v closed to 4.55v full open. So that's good
Oxgen sensor voltage fluctuation when running .27v - .89v, so that's good too.
Air temp' sensor 22Ohms, good too.
ICV working with tick over steady at 900 rpm,
Revs clean up to 7,000 rpm and rev limiter works.
BUT emissions are high.
