ask what offers they have

then reject everything until they offer you a deal you are happy with

Live chat is surprisingly good. Just keep asking what else they can do. I got two or three lot of discounts on various things. I still wasn't happy to agree so they gave bill credit too.

Great advice.

Only really want entertainment and movies with internet it's like £80 - month
