I need to stick something, proper. After researching online I picked up some of this stuff...

http://caswelleurope.co.uk/quikplastik

Which done the job great! For a week or so, then the grill fell off. Plastic grill to plastic bumper... know anything that can beat the above?

The prep has a lot to do with it as well, did you key both surfaces?

Don't use epoxy, use methyl metacrylate. Some
Plastics are classed as hard to bond (acetals, polypropylene, etc). But ABS should be straight forward, as Ian said, prep is important; ensure a good key and then clean the area with acetone or panel wipe to remove any dust, road grime, silicone cleaning products, etc.

Then use a methyl metacrylate - try VuduGlu as a brand name.

Nothing bonds to silicone though so make sure the area is free from back to black and so on.

Is there anyway you can get away with a mechanical fixing rather than using adhesive?

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I did key up one side very well, but the other was very awkward to work on... so it was a bit bodged, maybe that's where I'm failing.

I'll give the recommended ones a go
