As above, on a B, any advice?

In my own experience, 60mm is definitely not ok!

Someone smarter than me and thee designed the spring and damper combo. Buy matched dampers, standard ones arnt up to the job

Good to know, I intended to just buy 60mm springs

i had 60mm springs and felt there was no difference over 40mm springs. both were harsh rides

I always used standard dampers on 40s or 60s. 60s were harsh though.

Or get a matching set of springs/dampers. A cheap set of coilovers aint much these days.

40mm is ok, not good tho. 60mm is bad, bouncy too.
