i cant remember what size mate but id buy the ones that fit inside a socket so u can get a decent sized bar on the end they are tight as hell . make sure u spray plenty of wd40 or similar on the underside or you will snap the welds on the nut underneath

Cheers guys..

need to replace my runners, one of the supports has broken .. so its a bit wobbly , you dont notice it when its winded down to the floor lol ..
