i called em up last week, got thru in a couple of rings, ordered in 5mins, and got the item 15hrs later..........top service, prehaps they r just busy.

01604 797960 Try selecting different options from the answer phone msg like accounts instead of sales, they ring through to different phones.

I remember when i complained i could never get through and Pete told me it must be me cause im the only one that has a problem

I have to say i foned at 10 got through straight away and some quality service! Got the stuff two days later.

I had good service as well. I ordered an item, they ran out of stock so they called me back and told me what day it would arrive at my door and it arrived that day. Good service

i must say that i order my rear clusters and got them straight after the bank holiday weekend...as promised.
they also answered the phone after about 30 seconds (and that was on all 3 times i rang them).

PVD have been fine when i have order stuff so

i always call up and get through first time.....im in and out of petes store (im waiting for da edits of wat ive just said) within 2mins...i come and go quite easily
