Really unusual thing has been occurring, one person in my contacts can't receive iMessages or SMS from me at all, no delivery status etc but she can iMessage/sms me. If I iMessage my sister it says delivered and also tells me when she reads it but that doesn't happen with anyone else with an iPhone in my contacts using iMessage, all 3 phones are iPhone 4 and all running iOS5.
Anyone else had this?

Yeah, does my bloody head in. Usually end up ringing them if its important / about meeting somewhere.

I can't iMessage a lad here his is jail broken. Everyone else is fine- they're not jb

mine is Jail broken and my iMessage works fine with non-Jail broken iPhones

My iPhone 4s used to put my iMessage from some friends into separate sections away from the SMS they sent me, s I had 2 conversations with them, pissed me off so I disabled iMessage.

I've got 1 contact who sends an imessage, I reply, if they reply again it comes from a different number

No idea, it only happens with the 1 sender but the same problem can be seen on multiple recipients, all iphones.

I had this problem.
If their ipad / iPod is also set up, as well as their phone, it can come through as their email address or secondary number.
