 | Best upgrade on a budget would be to upgrade to 98 spec calipers and project mu hc+ pads. Honestly, they are AMAZING

 | Yup, don't think they fit under the standard 15's though.

Even if you got the Mu pads for your current calipers they'd still be head and shoulders over ds2500's.

Throw in some Dixcel heat treated discs and you lol'ing

 | To be honest, I'm unsure what the issue is. Maybe brake balance. If you watch the mirrors, my rear tyres are smoking a lot under braking. Which suggests the rear was locking up more than the front.

 | Also Rob, we had Dixcel discs and binned them
They made the whole steering wheel judder under braking. |

It's all to do with heat disipation and balance.

Those calipers cannot disipate heat, you don't need big calipers or fancy pads.

The car is light, stick some brembo four pots and some ds2500 and you'll be fine!

PS we run DS2500 on our clio race cars!

 | I think you'd be good Ian, same with Warren. Completely fearless.

 - Seriously Ian, put a cage in the puma and run it in class D. I think you'd get a win easily, Class D seems to have a lot of people but not really anyone good. considering they're only 25 bhp down on us in class C, it's surprising we were lapping the Class D winner in that race (yellow saxo).

 | What do reckon the power at the wheels figure is for mine? Would only need to be 100 to be in class C because it's fairly light. With any luck that would put it at the top of D with the cage.

Going to make me look a tit!

Be in class A, said he lapped Donnington National in 1:16 with a CTR with 888s and tein coilovers
