They'll be fine, a lot of people buy reps as originals are getting rarer and more expensive.

Tigerseal and maybe some screws inside the arch and underneath, up to you really how secure you want them.

Yep they are the ones I have on mine << Good fit! I used tiger seal and self tappers into the arches as Danny said
