 | So on my coilovers at the top there's a little adjuster for the rebound which is a 7mm allen key I believe. When AmD was fitting the coilovers they had a little allen key attached to a circle kind of official adjustment tool. Does anyone know where I can get a set of these so I can leave them attached all the time?

 | yea BR ones, how do they work then? i never actually read the instructions, car has awful rebound at low speeds.

 Anti clockwise to soften them and clockwise to harden them
 
 I've got mine set on halfway, never really played with them, might start adjusting them though as it's a stiff on the front end for high speed I think
