just an idea - why dont you go to a vaux breakers/ non affiliated garage and ask them to carry out the conversion. They will source it, fit it and take your engine/ box etc in part ex so you wont be stuck with it. May save you time and money (unless you are going to fit it yourself)

I want to do all the necessary to the engine before it gets fitted though. water pump, cambelt, all fluids, idlers, tensioner etc
