Need it to;

Main Factor: Have a decent battery...! Enough to have around 2 hours of calls a day, and send ~30 emails / texts, and come 10pm, have a bit of life left in it.
Push Email Exchange, Emails, Contacts, Calendar, To do's & Notes.
Be able to edit documents on the go, some some kind of office program, office to go or something...
Decent Web Browser
Bluetooth, for car handsfree
WiFi is a must too

I've never really looked outside of iPhones as i've bought a load of apps etc, battery is truly wank on mine so need something else, shouldnt have to be changing batterys on a phone. Charge it twice a day atm.

What ever you do, don't get a HTC Wildfire, because John will start crying and moaning about how crap the screen is...even though its fine.

PMSL Aaron

Alex, why don't you just change the battery? It will be like new once you do that and you won't have to charge your phone twice a day!

On my HTC Wildfire, although I wouldn't say I'm a heavy user I do use it every day inc. some apps like Facebook and the battery on it seems to hold charge for about 2-3 days.

Would that be okay though? £5 Battery on a £300+ phone?

Blackberry covers most of that, it's brilliant on battery and e-mailing is good on it. I find the browser a bit rubbish on my 8520, don't know if the higher end models are better?

As far as I know there isn't a way of buying "genuine" Apple spares brand new - so these ones are about as good as you're gonna get TBH.

Can't be any worse than your current battery

Be aware that the keyboard buttons are tiny though! Had a go on my gfs and really struggled texting with my manly man fingers.

My N97 mini would do you fine, but the battery life is shocking so not recommended

Have you got a car charger Alex? Ive found that makes the crap battery life seem more bearable! Unless obviously if you dont leave the house in which case why not just leave it sat on a dock or plug in to USB?

Agree with the Torch, decent phones. But as said, the buttons are pretty small and if you have large hands you're likely to mash keys whilst typing.
