Need some local knowledge, who are the big local letting agents in the area?

Trying to scope the cost of renting a fully furnished flat and rightmove is proving bloody useless at the moment.

9 month contract so thinking rent a room or rent a flat. It's too long for living out a suitcase in a hotel but equally, I own my flat up here so too short for upping roots.

I've heard its good for a night out, also heard its a gay haven

Mate once you move to Brighton you won't want to move back! Such a great place, amazing atmosphere. How come your moving down? And it's seriously not as gay as you would think. You need to watch out around the marina end of the seafront though!
