Nope you can do it online. Most banks take less than two hours to do the transfer now.

sometimes you need to know what colour socks the other person is wearing that day, as they check with the other person, and if your answer match they know its legit

Go to the account and click "Transfers, Direct Debits, pay bills & standing orders"

I mean it would be great if they had a button that explained exactly what it did?
