Right my exhaust heat shields have all just about had it, What are the options?

Get new ones? Can you get them?

Salvage what i can? Where can i get those push on things that hold them on?

Heat wrap the exhaust? how far back?

Golf 1.8t by the way

We just rip the heat shields off at out work, not needed unless next to the petrol tank

yes you can still get them from vauxhall , dale got them for his corsa , i need to get some too
