How did you come to find out there is oil in your exhaust?

might not b oil was lookin at it when it was dark and noticed my exhaust was black last week it was nice and silver lol. Anyway i got some tissue and wiped some out the exhaust an it looked quite wet so i figured it was oil?

Its condensation probably. Go and drive down the motorway for an hour to warm it all up properly and clear the condensation.

k well my car is burning oil aswell so i guess i put 2 and 2 together

my car was burnin oil 2000 w reg up until yesterday i had the same problem oil spittin out the exhausts i used 4 gallon of oil in 3 weeks,but i decided not 2 have it seen 2 cos i'm changin the engine,and yesterday the valves froze and threw the timin chain of its teeth givin the same affect as a cambelt snappin so now i ain't got a car until my new engine arrives on tuesday
