the soil pipe went straight down but was re-routed when the conversatory was built so it easy to access

Basically have 3 options if it gets blocked

1. From the toilet
2. Access at bend at corner of the house
3. Access at man hole

Otherwise it would have meant smashing the floor up

Looks good, cant see any plumbed in heating, what's the winter heating contingency, because conservatorys get freezing in winter!

Parents have one, I think the novelty can wear a bit, they dont really use theirs now & they wish they had just got an extension put on instead!!

We have an electric heater in place although its not the most cost effective

It does have heater controls so can set on times and frost stats etc

TBH last year we didnt use it from Late November to Early March

My parents are the opposite, they live in their conservatory, its such a nice place to be, living room rarely gets used.

I'd like to get one eventually but will no doubt end up putting the money into moving to somewhere bigger.

Is that an onkyo surround sound you have?

p.s. I have the TV unit in white, so heavy

i have a Denon receiver 2309 in thelounge with Jamo's

In the Conservatory its the Sony IS100 - Golf ball sized speakers with blu ray and i must say it sounds almost as good as the denon and was a fraction of the price

Got the Sony ipod dock for it too and sounds great
