You aint going to be able to simply convert an n/a engine to a turbo engine and get decent power.

You'd at least need low comp pistons...

The XE's and LETs are pretty much the same, but you couldn't just bolt the turbo the XE, you'd need different manifolds, loom, ecu, injectors, pistons as well as the IC pipe work etc...
