Not got prices yet for the stainless bits.

The rocker will be sandblasted, powder coated, baked, laqured and then baked again. It can deal with very high temps, it will scratch if you try hard enough, but I've not scratched any of my stuff yet. It shouldn't bubble up or peal either.
